Job Description

Manage and maintain legal case files with accuracy and confidentiality.
Coordinate case updates and deadlines with relevant teams and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with legal standards and procedures in all case management activities.
Communicate effectively with internal and external parties regarding case status.
Organize and track case-related documents for easy retrieval and reference.
Provide administrative support to the legal department as needed.
Identify and address potential issues in case workflows promptly.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Case Manager should have:

Experience managing legal case files or similar administrative tasks.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with legal procedures and terminology.
