Our agency opened its doors in April 2020 and has grown into a strong, dedicated team of six full-time and two part-time team members. Ive been part of State Farm since I was 19 and, after spending time working at corporate, I decided to become an agent to build something of my own. Ive always believed in helping people truly understand insurance, and that mission continues to drive our work every day.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Alexa Barkley - State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Insurance Account Position - State Farm Agent Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with customers, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer insurance accounts and update information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and renewals.
• Provide information on insurance products and services.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
