Both full-time and part-time roles are available, and virtual service delivery is welcomed, providing the flexibility to work remotely.

Responsibilities include:

• Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy to students across two school sites, serving a varied caseload from elementary through high school.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams—educators, paraprofessionals, and families—to support students’ individual education plans (IEPs).
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with district and professional guidelines.
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert recommendations and progress updates.
• Utilize digital platforms for teletherapy, ensuring equitable access and effective engagement.
• Stay abreast of best practices in school-based and pediatric speech therapy.
• Engage in school-specific onboarding and training, including meeting fingerprinting requirements.

Qualifications:

• Active Oregon SLP license.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship applicants welcome.
• Experience in K-12 school settings, teletherapy, and pediatric populations.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
