Job Opportunity – Physical Therapist, Acute Care – Lubbock, TX 79410

Start Date: June 15, 2026

Location: Lubbock, Texas

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (08:00 - 17:00), Monday through Friday. No weekends, no on-call, no floating required. 1:1 patient ratio.

Highlights:

• 13-week travel assignment at a 379-bed short-term acute care facility with Level II Trauma Center designation
• Structured day shift schedule with no weekend or on-call requirements
• Work with diverse patient populations including adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients
• Treat a variety of diagnoses including orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical conditions
• Epic charting system experience utilized
• Free employee parking available on-site

Requirements:

• Active Physical Therapy license (Compact license accepted and must be in hand at submission)
• Minimum 1 year of acute care physical therapy experience required
• BLS certification required
• Epic charting system experience required
• Experience with orthopedic and neurological conditions including post-operative care, total joint replacements, stroke rehabilitation, and spinal cord injuries
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Must reside outside 50-mile local radius
