Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide acute care and outpatient physical therapy services.


• Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans.


• Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques for rehabilitation.


• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safety.


• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.


• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the Epic charting system.

Qualifications

• Current state or compact physical therapy license.


• BLS certification is required.


• Minimum of 1 year of experience in acute care or an outpatient clinic setting.


• Proficient with body mechanics and rehabilitation techniques for various conditions.


• Skilled in patient assessment and individualized treatment planning.


• Experience with the Epic charting system is preferred.
