We are seeking candidates for LIFT – Launching Individuals Forward Together, our delivery recruiting class program, who want to work hard for both financial gain and merit-based promotions.

LIFT brings a class of new Recruiters into Consulting Solutions together. Named in the spirit of one of our core values, Rising Together, the program combines classroom training, mentorship, and hands-on experience on a live recruiting desk. Program members take ownership of defined delivery: an agreed scope, deliverable, outcome, or ongoing service, within clearly established responsibilities and dependencies. You'll know what's expected of you, who depends on your work, and who you can lean on, with support from your manager and mentor along the way.
