Our client, a banking company, is looking to hire a Corporate Recruiter in Charlotte, NC or St. Louis, MO on a contract basis.

Corporate Recruiter

Location: Charlotte, NC or St. Louis, MO

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 days remote

Contract Duration: 6 Months (Extension possible)

Pay Rate: $30–$32/hour on W2

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and relationship-focused Corporate Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment across Operations and business support functions. This role involves partnering closely with hiring managers, understanding talent requirements, developing effective recruiting strategies, and delivering a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

The ideal candidate will have strong recruitment experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple open requisitions while building effective relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job intake and candidate sourcing through screening, interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, position requirements, and recruitment priorities.
• Source, identify, evaluate, and present qualified candidates for various Operations and business support positions.
• Manage approximately 25–30 open requisitions while supporting 15–20 hiring managers.
• Conduct candidate screenings and assess qualifications against job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate hiring decisions.
• Provide hiring managers with talent market insights, recruiting recommendations, and guidance on candidate selection.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment documentation, and workflow updates within the applicant tracking system.
• Monitor recruiting metrics, manage competing priorities, and ensure compliance with established recruitment processes.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 2 years of recruiting experience or a combination of related experience in sales, marketing, or human resources.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and multiple open requisitions.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Workday Recruiting or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience managing high-volume recruitment across multiple job functions.
• Previous experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Background recruiting for banking, financial services, operations, or corporate support positions.
• Strong sourcing, candidate assessment, and interviewing skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to influence hiring decisions and provide effective recruitment recommendations.

Work Location & Schedule

• Charlotte, NC: 201 S Tryon Street, Charlotte, NC 28202
• St. Louis, MO: 505 North 7th Street, St. Louis, MO 63101
• Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite and 2 days working remotely.
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
