Family Medicine Physician
Primary Care Division | Hagerstown, MD (Valley Mall)
Base Salary: $250,000 + Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 + Incentive Bonus based on RVU
Position OverviewOutpatient-focused Family Medicine providing comprehensive care for all ages, from infants to seniors.
Manage a patient load of 20-24 individuals daily.
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Base salary of $250,000 with additional productivity bonuses.
Receive a $20,000 sign-on bonus.
Participate in a rotating call schedule for weeknights and weekends.

This role involves traditional outpatient primary care, delivering comprehensive and ongoing care to families:
Outpatient ServicesConduct well-child and well-woman examinations.
Provide care for acute illnesses.
Manage chronic diseases effectively.
Focus on preventive care and health maintenance.
Offer routine gynecological services.
Perform minor office procedures based on training and interest.
Provide full-spectrum family medicine services to a diverse patient population, including:
Newborns, infants, and children.
Adolescents.
Adults with chronic health issues (e.g., diabetes, hypertension).
Women's health and coordination of prenatal care.
Geriatric patients.
See 20-24 patients each day.
Handle a mix of acute, chronic, preventive, and follow-up appointments.
Emphasize quality metrics, including diabetic management and patient satisfaction.
Engage in teaching medical students and residents, especially with the upcoming launch of the Meritus School of Osteopathic Medicine in Summer 2025 and expanding residency programs.
Participate in didactic sessions or precepting based on your interests.
Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with occasional documentation time extending beyond 4:30 PM.
Participate in a rotating call schedule for weeknights and weekends, shared among providers at the practice.
No inpatient responsibilities are required.
Access to dedicated LPNs, Medical Assistants, and administrative staff at each location.
Support from a Medical Director and practice management team.
Collaborative team environment with access to specialists.
Modern facilities equipped with electronic health records.
