Director of Payroll

Century Group is in search of an experienced Director of Payroll. Qualified candidates with 10+ years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Local candidates only. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $180,000 to $200,000 per year.
Job Description:
- Oversee corporate payroll functions on a national level
- Develop processes and payroll procedures, etc.
- Process weekly payroll to over 2000+ employees
- Resolve payroll discrepancies, etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
- 5+ years of supervisory experience
- Strong internal payroll software experience
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel and ERP system skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Able to adapt to changing priorities
