WK Mechanical is a family-owned, non-corporate HVAC company in Middletown, NY, and were hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician who wants steady year-round work, top pay, real benefits, and respect. We fix systems the right way. No sales scripts. No pressure tactics. Just quality work, good customers, and a team that has your back. We are a Premier Lennox Dealer and Mitsubishi Diamond Contractor, servicing residential, commercial, and light industrial systems throughout the Lower Hudson Valley.

COMPENSATION

• $25$45 per hour (based on experience)
• Overtime available
• Year-round, full-time work
• Paid Time off on day 1.
• Second Shift Available - No On Call.
• Up to $6,000 Sign On Bonus

WHAT YOULL DO

• Diagnose, service, and repair HVAC systems (residential & commercial)
• Work on A/C, heat pumps, ductless, oil & gas systems
• Read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot efficiently
• Run service calls independently from a fully stocked take-home truck
• Communicate clearly with customers and office staff
• Use iPad & iPhone digital dispatching (no paperwork headaches)

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years HVAC service experience (required)
• Universal EPA Certification (required)
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Clean, valid drivers license (no DWIs)
• Ability to lift equipment and work in attics/crawlspaces
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
