Soft Tech Consulting is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed individual to fill the role of a Business Analyst/Tester for one of our clients. The designated candidate for this position will join a collaborative team environment, providing support and expertise necessary toward the successful delivery of the project deliverables, and provide effective communication to all levels of staff for reporting status/progress.

Top Secret Clearance Required Responsibilities Identify functional requirements and create user stories Test developed stories and ensure application QA Prepare and participate in internal design sessions Solve problems and provide technical support to application end users. Develop and maintain documentation and training materials Assist Scrum Master and other team members when needed Qualifications Top Secret Cleared. Required to report to client site 4 times a week with option for 1 day remote Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years of relavent experience in place of a degree Minimum 1 year of related experience Experience with Business Requirement Analysis Experience with Agile Project Management Experience with JIRA Ticketing Experience with Manual Testing Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Clear written communication and documentation skills. Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written. Must be able to work independently, with minimal oversight. Able to develop strong client relationships.
