Business Analyst/Tester with Security Clearance

TMC is in search of a Business Analyst/Tester who also has experience in enterprise process mapping and IT requirements elicitation to support ongoing development of critical FBI IT systems. The candidate must be a US citizen and possess an active Top Secret clearance to start due to federal contract requirements. Identifying functional requirements and creating user stories Skilled in testing developed stories to ensure application quality assurance Experience working in an Agile development environment, including story writing Prepare and participate in internal design sessions Assist an organization to translate its vision and strategy into core human resource and business process Lead clients through streamlining, reengineering and transforming business processes Experience performing IT requirements elicitation Apply business and functional knowledge including testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology to meet the team's overall test objectives Ensure all testing results are easily accessible and understandable Track defects to closure and keep defect repository up-to-date Develop and maintain documentation and training materials Job Requirements US Citizenship and Active Top Secret Clearance required Minimum of 5 years experience required (including internships) Minimum of a bachelor's degree required Experience using Jira as part of the Atlassian tool suite Preferred experience includes: Demonstrated experience in enterprise process reengineering, process mapping, working in an Agile environment We are equal opportunity/affirmative action employers, committed to diversity in the workplace.
