BILINGUAL SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Bilingual Senior Human Resources Manager for a leading food manufacturing company based in Kennesaw, GA. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead HR operations across multiple facilities, partner with executive leadership, and help drive employee engagement, talent development, and organizational growth in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This is a direct hire position!

Must be flexible to support a multi-shift manufacturing environment.
Bilingual Senior Human Resources Duties and Responsibilities
• Lead and develop a 3-person HR team supporting manufacturing facilities in Kennesaw and Smyrna.
• Partner with operations leadership on employee relations, performance management, recruiting, retention, and workforce planning.
• Oversee onboarding, benefits communication, compliance, workers' compensation, unemployment claims, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Support safety programs, training and development efforts, succession planning, and organizational growth strategies.
Bilingual Senior Human Resources Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of HR management experience, including leadership of an HR team.
• Bilingual in English and Haitian Creole required.
• Manufacturing HR experience and knowledge of employment laws required.
• HRIS experience required; UKG experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
