The Recruiter will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding of Home Health Aides (HHAs), with a focus on sourcing qualified candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating pre-employment requirements, and successfully moving candidates through the hiring process.Interviews and in-person training are primarily conducted at our Brooklyn office. This position also requires travel to other office locations, community recruitment events, job fairs, and other off-site recruiting initiatives as needed.
