Compensation: $60,000–$76,000/year
Job Summary
We are hiring an Operations Data Analyst to help improve efficiency across day-to-day operations. You'll dig into process, workflow, and performance data to find opportunities for improvement and support operational decision-making.
Responsibilities
● Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and trends
● Build dashboards tracking key operational metrics (throughput, cycle time, cost per unit, etc.)
● Partner with operations and supply chain teams to define reporting needs
● Support root-cause analysis for recurring operational issues
● Monitor performance against targets and flag deviations
● Recommend process improvements backed by data
● Assist with capacity planning and forecasting analysis
Qualifications
●0-1 year of experience in operations, supply chain, or business analysis
● Strong SQL and Excel skills
● Experience with a BI tool (Power BI, Tableau) preferred
● Understanding of operational or process metrics
● Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills
● Comfortable working cross-functionally with operations teams
