Position Details Earn $19.50/hour Shift: Monday – Friday 7am‑3:30pm Job Description Stand in for the facility Administrator during absences. Provide on‑the‑job training and supervision to all support staff. Assist in the annual development and implementation of the facility budget. Assist in the interviewing and hiring of new employees. Develop Individual Service Plans with the assistance of the Inter‑Disciplinary Team. Provide instructors with ongoing in‑service training. Organize and chair meetings with client representations semi‑annually or as needed. Possess crisis management skills. Possess problem‑solving capabilities.
