Supervisor Sterile Processing
Saint Luke's Health System
Responsibilities Coordinate department operations including staffing, shift assignments, breaks and lunches. Foster an environment of cooperation, teamwork, customer service, and employee engagement. Prioritize customers needs by directing activities and ensuring productivity and quality standards are met. Actively involved in orientation and continuing education of assigned staff. Other duties may be assigned as required. Qualifications Certified Registered Central Service Tech required or Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Tech required within 6 months of hire. Applicable experience: 2 years in a Certified Registered Central Service Tech role (International Association of Healthcare Central Service Materiel Management). Schedule Shift: Full‑time Day – Mon‑Fri 7am‑3:30pm Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
