Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Summary

Warsaw Meadows Care Center is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Shower Aide to join our dedicated team. As a Shower Aide, you will play an important role in supporting the physical and emotional well-being of our residents by assisting with bathing, showering, grooming, and other activities of daily living.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with bathing, showering, and grooming while ensuring their safety, dignity, and privacy
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a positive and caring environment
Maintain a clean and safe environment while adhering to infection control protocols
Collaborate with other care team members to support individualized resident care plans
Participate in resident assessments and evaluations and report changes or concerns to the care team
Maintain accurate records and documentation of resident care activities

Requirements

Must be a licensed CNA in the State of Indiana
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents safely
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compassionate approach to caring for seniors
Commitment to maintaining resident dignity, privacy, and comfort
