About the Role Our client is seeking a strategic and proactive Supply Chain Manager to lead their logistics and procurement operations from a fully remote position. This role is essential for ensuring the seamless flow of materials and products, from sourcing raw materials to final delivery. You will be responsible for optimizing the entire supply chain, managing supplier relationships, and implementing cost-effective solutions to enhance efficiency and reliability. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning. Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain performance, reduce costs, and improve service levels. Negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers to ensure favorable terms and pricing. Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and logistics partners. Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the supply chain. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record of success. Strong understanding of global logistics , procurement, and inventory control principles. Experience with supply chain management software and ERP systems. Excellent negotiation, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
