Job Description

Customer Service Representative (Insurance, Tax & DMV Services)

Pay: Starting at $18.00/hour (Negotiable Based on Experience)

Location: Compton, CA

Truvalue Insurance & Tax Agency is seeking a motivated and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. We provide insurance, tax preparation, DMV registration services to our community.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in person and over the phone
Provide insurance quotes and policy servicing
Support tax preparation and registration service clients
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Follow up with customers regarding quotes and renewals
Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
Previous insurance experience required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable using computers and office software
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to multitask and work independently

Licensing Requirement

Candidates must have insurance knowledge and will be required to obtain a California Department of Insurance (CA DOI) Property & Casualty License if not already licensed. We are willing to assist the right candidate through the licensing process.

Preferred Qualifications

Current CA Property & Casualty License
Experience with personal auto, homeowners, or commercial insurance
Experience in tax preparation, DMV registration services, or notary services
