Annur Islamic School is seeking a qualified and dedicated Principal to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year. We are looking for an educational leader who is passionate about fostering academic excellence, nurturing student growth, and advancing our mission. Annur Islamic School is the only K–12 Islamic school in the area. The school serves a diverse student body with a rich cultural background and enjoys strong support from its community. Our mission is to develop the next generation of leaders who are guided by purpose, equipped with knowledge, and proud of their Islamic identity.

QUALIFICATION

Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field required Minimum of 5 years in K-12 education Prior school leadership or administrative experience Knowledge of Islamic studies, including Seerah, Qur’an, Fiqh, and Usul al-Fiqh, is highly preferred Strong commitment to Islamic values and Islamic education Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to mentor and lead faculty and staff

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide instructional and operational leadership across all grade levels Execute and advance the school’s strategic plan Foster a strong Islamic school culture aligned with the school vision and mission Supervise, mentor, and evaluate faculty and staff Build strong relationships with families and the broader community Partner with the Board on enrollment, finance, and school growth Pay & Benefits Competitive compensation commensurate with experience, education, and professional certifications.
