Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic radiographic exams, including fluoroscopy, using C-arm and O-arm systems, following radiologist instructions.
- Position patients, apply immobilization as needed, select appropriate exposure settings, and ensure high-quality images while minimizing radiation exposure.
- Verify patient identity and exam orders, document procedures, and transmit images to PACS; maintain accurate imaging records.
- Operate radiographic and fluoroscopy equipment, assist radiologists during procedures, and monitor patient safety throughout.
- Maintain equipment readiness, room cleanliness, and adherence to ALARA principles and radiation safety standards; report any equipment issues promptly.
- Collaborate with radiology and clinical teams; participate in call coverage as assigned (1-2 nights per week).

Requirements
- Active California Radiologic Technologist license (ARRT Radiography) and California CRT; fluoroscopy license in state of employment; BLS certification.
- Minimum of 2 years radiologic technology experience.
- Proficiency with C-arm and O-arm fluoroscopy systems; strong knowledge of fluoroscopic procedures and safety protocols.
- Ability to work a 3x12-hour day shift; rotating start times (6:00, 7:00, 8:00, or 9:30) as scheduled.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
