Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Accurately process inbound and outbound truck transactions using the scale system* Verify product types, weights, and delivery documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy* Coordinate with plant operations, dispatch, and drivers to maintain efficient traffic flow* Maintain daily records, tickets, and reports in alignment with company procedures* Provide professional customer service to drivers, vendors, and internal teams**What Are We Looking For*** Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure accurate data entry and recordkeeping* Effective communication skills to interact with drivers, customers, and team members* Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment* Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning operational systems; experience with SAP or similar systems is beneficial but not required* Commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork in a plant setting**Work Environment** This role is based at a quarry operation and involves working in an office near active plant and truck traffic.
