Business Systems Analyst

IAM Business Systems AnalystLighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their IAM Business Systems Analyst position! This is a 12-18 month contract and will be remote in the United States.This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. No C2C or subcontracting arrangements will be considered.What You'll Be Doing:Lead moderately complex to complex projects from proposal through post-implementation, ensuring all milestones are met on timeFacilitate requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders to document functional specifications, test plans, and test casesServe as functional lead and subject matter expert on identity lifecycle management and system integration projectsCoordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and manage test execution across multiple applicationsAnalyze system interfaces and data flows to ensure seamless integration between applications and support enterprise-wide initiativesPartner with vendors to understand project functionality and provide implementation guidanceDocument data mapping for system integrations, conversions, and enterprise initiatives involving identity management platformsMonitor project scope and change requests to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and corporate technology standardsMentor less experienced team members on application functionality, research analysis, and project methodologyManage post-implementation activities including feedback collection, issue resolution, and project debrief sessionsWhat You'll Need to Have:5+ years of business systems analysis or operational/business analytics experienceStrong expertise in the IAM space - understanding of identity lifecycle concepts and identity management platformsExperience with system interfaces, data flows, and application integrationFamiliarity with Sailpoint IIQ, Active Directory, Entra ID, and database systemsProven ability to create well-documented functional specifications, test plans, and execute test casesExcellent communication and presentation skills with ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and business unitsStrong project coordination abilities including managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneouslyDetail-oriented and proactive approach with strong problem-solving and analytical skillsPay Range: $45 - $48+/hr
