We are looking for a Project Manager, Waste/Wastewater in our Dallas, TX office. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Water/Wastewater to lead the planning, design, and delivery of municipal wastewater infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wastewater treatment facilities, pump stations, lift stations, collection systems, and conveyance infrastructure, along with proven experience managing projects, clients, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams. The Impact You’ll Make (Job Responsibilities) Manage wastewater infrastructure projects from planning and design through construction. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and project teams. Lead project planning, scope development, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management. Oversee the design and delivery of wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, lift stations, force mains, and collection systems. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and process engineers. Ensure projects meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, schedules, and budgets. Support permitting efforts and coordination with regulatory agencies. Provide technical oversight, review engineering deliverables, and guide project teams. Mentor engineers and technical staff while fostering a collaborative team environment. Support business development activities, including client relationship management, proposals, and project pursuits. Qualifications: The Expertise You’ll Bring (Qualifications) Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering discipline. 15+ years of experience delivering municipal wastewater projects. Experience managing wastewater treatment plant, pump station, lift station, and collection system projects. Demonstrated success managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and client relationships. Strong understanding of wastewater infrastructure planning, design, and construction. Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams. Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
