Performance Objectives

• Lead project teams to complete assignments on time and within budget, maintaining the highest standards of quality.
• Craft and monitor project plans, ensuring alignment with client expectations and S&P's mission of excellence.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement through effective communication, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Implement risk management strategies to proactively resolve challenges and hurdles.
• Leverage BIM and LEED technologies to enhance project efficiency and sustainability.
• Manage resource allocation and budgeting, optimizing operations for maximum productivity.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in construction management practices.

Essential Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction project management with a track record of successful project completions with wastewater treatment plants.
• Proven ability to lead project teams and develop Project Managers and Project Engineers.
• Proficiency in ACC Build and/or other construction management software tools.
• Successful leadership of complex wastewater treatment plant and related municipal infrastructure projects.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to anticipate risk, drive decisions, and protect safety, quality, schedule, and profitability.
• In-depth understanding of construction industry standards and regulations.
• Strong financial ownership: forecasting, cost control, contracts, billings, changes, and margin protection.
• Minimum of 5-8+ years experience with wastewater treatment plant project management
• Degree in Construction Management or related field
