Sr. Data Analyst, Cabin Analytics

What to Expect The Supply Chain Analytics team at Tesla is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to provide dedicated analytical support to our Interior and Seating (Cabin) supply chain organization. In this role, you will become the go-to analytics partner for the Cabin team - deeply embedded in their operations, familiar with every aspect of their commodity landscape, and responsible for delivering the analytics solutions they need to launch and scale programs. You will lead the effective utilization of large supply chain datasets, deliver impactful dashboards and insights for Supply Chain Managers and Supplier Industrialization Engineers within the Cabin org, and contribute to strategic projects and continuous improvement efforts. You will interact with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, requiring a sharp business focus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to synthesize complex issues into data-driven solutions.
