Responsibilities Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new Glass Technicians and Customer Service Representatives Creating employee schedules and submitting payroll Controlling inventory through end-of-period and end-of-year inventories Balancing registers, closing invoices, and making bank deposits Placing product orders and restocking inventory as necessary Understanding the shop’s financials to drive results and manage budgets Conducting quarterly employee evaluations Supporting team members with duties such as responding to customer questions and repairing glass Providing excellent customer service Qualifications Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Must be able to maneuver around vehicles safely during installations Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary Must have a valid driver’s license Must pass a drug test for safety Must be willing to work early hours and up to 55 hours per week on occasion Must have basic computer operating skills Compensation & Benefits Earn $25/hour during training and $50k - $65k+ per year after as a Shop Manager PAID TIME OFF Health, Vision, & Dental Insurance 401(k) company match for all employees Promotional opportunities to Shop Manager with potential earnings of $65,000 or more after training Employment details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Management and Manufacturing Industries: Retail #J-18808-Ljbffr
