Your key responsibilities will include: Build trust and positive relationships with your clients through Zoom calls, personalized email support and phone calls Aid in the success of delivering high‑performing Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns Conduct audience research and build targeted ad campaigns Continuously audit and work with your team to optimize ad performance to meet KPIs (budget spend, CPL, CPA, ROI, ROAS) Communicate campaign performance and strategies to clients through regular updates and reports Collaborate with team members in all team meetings and partner meetings Prepare and present key performance indicators (KPIs) in a clear, professional manner Provide top‑notch client support with minimal oversight What We’re Looking For: To excel in this role, you should bring: 3+ years of professional experience in a digital marketing role You thrive in a fast‑paced environment You genuinely care about the work you do and show that through your communication with your team and clients Exceptional communication skills to interact with clients calmly and clearly via phone, email, and Zoom/Google Meet Proficiency in Facebook/Instagram Ads with 2+ years of professional experience Positive, passionate, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment Knowledge of split testing and full funnel execution A relentless drive to achieve outstanding results Strong analytical skills to inform data‑driven decision‑making Excellent organization and time management skills Up‑to‑date knowledge of the latest Facebook and Google policies, strategies, trends, and tools A commitment to being a dedicated team player for our amazing clients Preferred Qualifications: Experience running local lead generation campaigns in the fitness/wellness industry Experience working with multi‑location franchise businesses Ready to Apply?
