FranFund is a leading provider of funding solutions for aspiring and expanding franchise and small business owners. We help entrepreneurs achieve business ownership through customized funding strategies, including SBA lending, conventional financing, retirement plan funding (ROBS), and other capital solutions.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, motivate, and develop an experienced team of Funding Consultants.
• Establish clear goals, KPIs, expectations, and accountability.
• Stay actively engaged with individual pipelines, opportunities, and performance.
• Conduct regular one-on-one coaching, deal strategy sessions, call reviews, and performance discussions.
• Provide hands-on guidance to help the team navigate complex opportunities and win business.
• Build and lead ongoing sales training and professional development.
• Drive strong CRM discipline, pipeline management, follow-up, and forecasting.
• Identify performance gaps and opportunities and take action quickly.
• Lead productive sales meetings focused on strategy, development, and results.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, Business Development, Marketing, Lending, and Operations.
• Help strengthen relationships with key franchise brands, consultants, brokers, and referral partners.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, professionalism, responsiveness, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

We want a coach and sales leader, not simply a manager of numbers. The right person will be visible, accessible, organized, and highly engaged with the team. You should be comfortable leading experienced sales professionals, providing candid feedback, holding people accountable, and jumping into a deal when your experience can help.

Qualifications include:

• 5+ years of successful sales experience with a strong record of achievement.
• 3+ years of sales leadership or significant team leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success coaching and developing sales professionals.
• Strong understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, KPIs, and CRM discipline.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, integrity, and professionalism.
• Experience in financial services, franchising, business services, or another relationship-driven sales environment is preferred.
• Experience with referral or channel-based sales is a plus.
• Salesforce experience is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

This is a full-time, on-site leadership position at FranFund's Fort Worth headquarters (NOTE: May consider remote for proven franchise industry leaders).
