Quality Manager

Responsibilities Lead the Quality team and oversee day-to-day quality activities across the manufacturing operation. Own and maintain the AS9100 Quality Management System, including audits, management reviews, and quality objectives. Drive root-cause analysis, corrective actions, continuous improvement, and quality KPIs including scrap, rework, and customer issues. Partner with Manufacturing and Engineering to improve processes, inspection methods, and production controls. Oversee FAI, GD&T, CMM/dimensional inspection, SPC, MRB, and quality documentation. Support customer, supplier, and regulatory audits while ensuring compliance with applicable requirements. Job Requirements Requirements 7+ years of senior quality management experience in precision manufacturing or CNC machining. Strong knowledge of GD&T, CMM, dimensional inspection, engineering drawings, and manufacturing processes. Experience with AS9100/ISO 9001, audits, corrective action, and root-cause analysis. Hands-on experience with FAI, SPC, inspection methods, and quality management systems. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with Engineering, Manufacturing, and production teams. Experience in aerospace, defense, medical, or other highly regulated manufacturing is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
