In this role, you’ll be at the center of our supply chain, ensuring equipment and materials are received, verified, and stored accurately while helping maintain a safe, organized, and efficient environment. This role will report to the Logistics Manager.If you thrive in a fast-paced setting, take pride in accuracy, and enjoy working both indoors and outdoors, we’d love to hear from you.Your day-to-day* **Receive & Inspect Shipments:** Unload equipment containers and process incoming parcel and LTL deliveries, ensuring accuracy and proper handling* **Verify Inventory:** Compare shipment details (counts, weights, measurements) against bills of lading, invoices, and purchase orders* **Identify & Resolve Issues:** Inspect incoming goods for damage or discrepancies and communicate findings promptly to leadership* **Organize & Store Inventory:** Accurately put away equipment and parts in designated locations to maintain efficiency and accessibility* **Maintain Inventory Accuracy:** Conduct cycle counts, audits, and stock checks to ensure inventory integrity* **Drive Operational Excellence:** Help develop and improve receiving processes to enhance workflow, accuracy, and visibility* **Collaborate Across Teams:** Partner with internal departments and support high-volume periods through cross-training with the Configuration/PDI team* **Keep a Clean & Organized Workspace:** Maintain clear labeling and organization in both warehouse and yard environments* **Prioritize Safety:** Follow all safety protocols and properly use PPE to ensure a safe working environmentYour skills and experienceWe encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every single requirement.
