Girls Competitive Gymnastics Team – Coach – Milford, OH Responsibilities and Expectations Develop team athletes aged 6 to teens in a competitive gymnastics program. Teach and coach on weekends and evenings, ensuring safety and skill progression. Build relationships with athletes and parents, fostering positive teamwork. Maintain knowledge of gymnastics techniques, choreography, and height/weight limitations. Qualifications Experience coaching gymnastics, with a strong background in technique and athlete development. Positive attitude, eye for detail and genuine love for children. Enthusiastic, passionate about coaching and working with kids. Strong communication skills and ability to educate athletes and parents. Thorough understanding of the sport of gymnastics both physically and mentally. Must have weekend and evening availability. High energy, energetic, and team-oriented. Compensation and Benefits Hourly rate: $14.00 – $18.00; Part‑time.
