Learn more about us at: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, managing resources efficiently, and maintaining seamless communication with all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion. Schedule and manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met. Order materials and equipment for projects as required. Communicate with project superintendents to ensure smooth execution on-site. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are achieved. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards. Monitor budgets, track expenses, and provide reports to senior management. Leverage HCSS, Procore, and Microsoft Office Suite to manage project details and documentation. Qualifications Minimum 2 or more years of experience in construction management or a related field. Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Resourceful and results-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.). Experience with construction management software (e.g., HCSS, Procore) is a plus. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Compensation and Benefits Full time position Base salary ranges from $100,000 to $150,000 annually, based on experience.
