About the Role:

Join Coastline Dental as a Dental Treatment Coordinator/Assistant Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing patient experiences, managing treatment plans and supporting the roles within the front office. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate patient treatment plans and ensure seamless communication between patients and dental team.
• Assist in managing daily operations, including scheduling and patient flow.
• Educate patients on treatment options, financial plans, and insurance benefits.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with dental regulations.
• Support the dental team with administrative tasks and patient management.
• Handle patient inquiries and resolve concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Assist in marketing initiatives to attract new patients and retain existing ones.
• Train and mentor new staff members to uphold the clinic's standards of excellence.

Requirements:

• Previous treatment coordination.
• Strong knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach.
• Proficient in dental Dentrix software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; dental assistant certification is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
