This role will drive high-impact programs includingnew product launches, production automation, enterprise simplification, and inventory optimization. In addition toleading these initiatives, the incumbent will play a critical role in training and coaching the global operations teamon project charter development, prioritization frameworks, and project management best practices.Responsibilities:Program LeadershipLead cross-functional programs from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goalsManage initiatives such as:New product introductions and operational readinessManufacturing site consolidation and optimizationERP system conversion and integrationEnterprise simplification and process harmonizationInventory reduction and working capital improvementDevelop and maintain detailed program plans, budgets, KPIs, and risk mitigation strategiesProvide executive-level reporting and insights to senior leadership Team Enablement & CoachingTrain and mentor global operations team members on:Project charter creation and scope definitionPrioritization techniques and portfolio managementProject management methodologies and toolsFoster a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvementBuild internal capabilities to scale project execution across the enterpriseQualifications:Education / Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred Capabilities/Qualifications:10+ years of experience in program management within manufacturing, operations, or supply chain environmentsProven track record of leading enterprise-level transformation initiativesStrong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and digital operations toolsExceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skillsExperience in coaching and developing cross-functional teamsPMP or equivalent certification preferredAbility to travel domestically and internationally as needed.#LI-LS1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
