Executive Assistant

Position: Personal Assistant/Receptionists

Pay: $24-30 per hour

Schedule : Mon - Fri, 30-40 hours per week

Work Location : In-person

We are looking for an experienced (5+ years) Personal Assistant to a be an organizer for a fast paced technology company.

The right person for the job shall be capable of wearing many hats and provide support to the business owner on a professional level. Must be discrete, and have a “can do” attitude who is a competent multi-tasker possessing drive to handle all projects with tact and precision.

Personal Responsibilities:

• Must be able to multi-task-Spend time on around 6-10 tasks per day and flow from one task to the other with ease.
• Manage and Maintain schedules for the owner
• Confirm appointments and location
• Correspond and communicate (telephone speaking and email written communication skills must be exceptional
• Full email responsibility for the owner
• Will interface with the owner, staff, vendors, clients, and builders.
• Demonstrate a high degree of integrity, loyalty and security measures regarding all confidential matters
• Must be extremely detail oriented and highly organized
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient PC skills (MS Office Programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), calendaring

Experience:

• Management: 5 years (Preferred)
• Personal assistant: 5 years (Preferred)
• Marketing experience a plus, database management a plus
• Microsoft Excel: 3 years (Required)
• High school or equivalent (Required)

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
