Work will include the development of service line strategies for the health system, market analyses, business plans, project management, and other ad-hoc projects.Essential Functions1. Understands and adheres to the WPH Performance Standards, Policies, and Behaviors2. Participate in market analyses of identified regions and services as needed.3. Assist in the development of service line strategic planning documents4. Assist in the development of business plans for identified strategic initiatives5. Perform project management duties for strategic and special projects6. Perform as needed ad hoc analyses7. Perform as needed financial analyses8. Assist with the development of the WPH annual board retreat9. Assist with preparing for Hudson Valley collaboration meetings10. Work collaboratively with other WPH departments including finance, facilities, physician practices, IT, innovation, clinical informatics, and other departments as required11.
