Maloney Properties is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Your ResponsibilitiesAmesbury Gardens, located in Lawrence, MA, is looking for a full-time Assistant Property Manager. The property consists of 160 units. The work hours are 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities include leasing, waitlist management, recertifications, rent collections, report preparation, work orders, processing invoices, event coordination, special projects, and overall office management.Your QualificationsAt least 3 years of affordable housing (HUD Section 8) experience is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook is required. Experience with Yardi is a plus. COS certification is a plus. Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
