Amesbury Gardens, located in Lawrence, MA, is seeking a full-time Assistant Property Manager. The property comprises 160 units with hours 9:00am–5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities include leasing, waitlist management, recertifications, rent collections, report preparation, work orders, and invoice processing.
