职责描述/Job Description 仓库运营管理（Warehouse Operations Management） 监督和协调仓库日常运营，确保所有流程按计划高效运行。 / Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations, ensuring all processes run efficiently as planned. 管理收货、拣货、包装和发货流程，确保符合客户和公司标准。 / Manage receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes, ensuring compliance with customer and company standards. 检查库存管理流程，确保仓库管理系统（WMS）数据准确，减少库存误差。 / Monitor inventory control procedures, ensuring warehouse management system (WMS) data accuracy and minimizing discrepancies. 团队管理（Team Leadership） 领导和培训仓库团队成员，提高团队整体技能和绩效。 / Lead and train warehouse team members, enhancing overall team skills and performance. 制定工作计划并分配任务，确保团队成员高效完成工作。 / Develop work schedules and assign tasks, ensuring efficient completion of daily tasks. 提供绩效反馈，识别优秀员工并改进低绩效人员的表现。 / Provide performance feedback, recognizing top performers and improving low performers. 确保团队遵守安全规程，减少事故和操作错误。 / Ensure team compliance with safety procedures, reducing workplace accidents and operational errors.
