Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery

This position offers a night shift schedule of 3x12 hours.

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery (L&D). The ideal candidate will have experience in obstetrics and will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients during the ante-partum, intra-partum, and post-partum phases. The L&D unit is equipped with various facilities, including triage beds, antepartum beds, operating rooms for cesarean sections, and recovery beds.

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the Labor and Delivery unit.

Monitor and assess maternal and newborn health throughout the labor process.

Administer medications and manage IVs as needed.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure safe delivery and recovery.

Support patients and families in understanding the childbirth process.

A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Labor and Delivery nursing.

Current Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications.

Experience with Epic and Stork is required.

Must be able to float to Mother-Baby, Pediatrics, or any adult floor as needed.
