Registered Nurse (RN) - L&D

Registered Nurse – Maternity & Labor Delivery

Schedule: Nights – 3x12

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience in Labor & Delivery
• BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications required
• Epic/Stork experience required
• Skills in obstetrics (ante-partum, intra-partum, and post-partum), GYN, and care for newborns

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in labor and delivery.
• Perform assessments and monitor fetal heart rates during labor.
• Assist in prenatal and postnatal care of patients and their newborns.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Support patient families and provide education on childbirth and parenting.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Compliance / Notes:

• Travel restrictions: 75-mile radius for travel assignments; local candidates will receive local rates.
• Floating to maternal child and potentially pediatrics or adult floors may be required.
