As we strive to maintain our 5-star quality rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, we're seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping/Laundry/Floor Tech to join our Physical Plant Department.

Responsibilities:

• Perform housekeeping duties, including cleaning patient rooms, common areas, and facilities

• Operate laundry equipment to wash, dry, and fold linens and clothing

• Maintain floor surfaces, including polishing and waxing floors, and performing carpet cleaning and shampooing

• Ensure seamless operations of our facilities, meeting high standards of cleanliness and organization

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective team effort

• Participate in cross-training programs to develop expertise in multiple areas

Requirements:

• Part-time schedule, with flexibility and dependability a must

• High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in healthcare, environmental services, laundry, and/or floor maintenance a plus

• Vaccinations must be up-to-date, with proof provided prior to hire

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
