Minimum Requirements

Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience in Home Health settings preferred.
Proficiency with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is required.
Productivity expectation: minimum 30 points per week with documentation completed by 10:00 AM the following day.
Schedule flexibility to support a 40-hour work week with rotating weekends.

Shift Details: 8-hour shifts with rotating weekends.
Schedule: 40 hours per week, weekend rotation, no on-call requirement.
