Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
Experience working in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
Experience managing caseloads in a SNF or LTC setting preferred, including restorative programs and fall prevention strategies.
Ability to document thoroughly in electronic medical records and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams.

Assignment Details

Facility Type: Long-Term Care.
Shift Name: Days.
Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.
Schedule Pattern: 5x8 (five days per week, eight-hour shifts).
VMS Contract Weeks: 14-week assignment.
Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week.
Meal Break: 30 minutes.
Candidate may be required to float to other facilities within the region as operational needs dictate.
