Hamilton Grove is seeking a hands-on Director of Maintenance to lead maintenance and grounds operations at Hamilton Grove. This leadership role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, leading teams, and creating a safe and welcoming environment for residents.

What You'll Do

• Lead maintenance, grounds, and laundry team members
• Oversee repairs, preventative maintenance, and building systems
• Manage HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance needs
• Coordinate lawn care, landscaping, snow removal, and grounds upkeep
• Maintain inventory, supplies, and maintenance records
• Work with contractors and vendors as needed
• Support budgeting, inspections, and process improvements

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with building systems, power tools, and grounds equipment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
