They oversee the implementation of company standards, programs, and policies, with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards, maximizing guest satisfaction, driving sales growth, achieving profitability, and upholding facility maintenance.What You'll Bring (Requirements): A minimum of 2 years' current experience in the Casual Restaurant industry is required. High School Diploma or GED required. An associate's or a bachelor's degree is preferred. Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements are required. Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
