Job Details

Job Duties: Rooming patients, collecting VS, health information and blood draws. Entering information into Epic, creating follow ups, and medications, giving injections (meds and vaccines) comfortable being only nurse on staff

Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse, Outpatient Clinic Experience: 2 years RN(Compact Accepted)(Copy needed) Certifications: BLS(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required References: 2 References in the last 12 months
