Job Overview:

Pay Range: $19.97hr - $24.97hr

Requirement/Must Have:

• Experience in FDA, GMP, USDA, or OSHA regulated environments.
• High School Diploma / GED or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical problem solving skills.
• Must be computer literate with proficiency in desktop or network applications.
• Ability to work with a complex computer inventory accounting system.
• Ability to perform a varied number of duties with high levels of interruptions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of employees.
• Ability to investigate order discrepancies and expedite outstanding/rush orders.
• Ability to locate stock items in a timely manner with limited information.
• Ability to research and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Ability to quickly interpret inventory positioning.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain stock items including expediting stock orders, addressing vendor questions, and resolving receipt discrepancies.
• Check receiver sheets for accuracy and store parts in the proper location upon receipt.
• Maintain the integrity of the inventory via cycle counting and correct inventory data as needed.
• Maintain all data accurately in the Maximo system.
• Contact vendors on a daily basis to place orders, expedite purchase of critical items, and follow-up on open stock orders.
• Review and investigate receipt questions and discrepancies for stock items.
• Issue, receive, and store stock items.
• Perform daily cycle counting to maintain the accuracy of stock items.
• Collaborate with Engineering and maintenance to set up new items.
• Process repair items and maintain a separate warehouse for repairable items.
• Obtain RA numbers from vendors, handle associated paperwork, and package items properly for shipping.
• Maintain the stockroom in a neat and orderly manner.
• Receive, record, and store incoming material.
• Provide financial reports for plant personnel and assist accounts payable concerning invoice discrepancies.
• Provide repair parts for PMs and shutdowns.
• Ensure proper recordkeeping and control of inventory to prevent downtime.
• Comply with applicable FDA (GMP), USDA, and OSHA regulations, policies, and procedures.
